Located in the heart of downtown, the Market Hall has played a key role in the revitalization of the Westown neighborhood, blending culinary diversity, entertainment, and community programming into a vibrant “eatertainment” experience for locals and visitors alike.

With more than 25 years of hospitality leadership, Eric brings deep expertise across fine dining, fast-casual concepts, bars, cafés, and large-scale food hall operations. Known for his ability to launch and grow innovative hospitality ventures, Eric has helped open more than a dozen restaurant and hospitality concepts across the Midwest and East Coast, often serving as a strategic consultant guiding startups from vision to execution.
