Eric Kaye serves as the General Manager of 3rd Street Market Hall in Milwaukee, one of the Midwest’s most dynamic food hall destinations. Located in the heart of downtown, the Market Hall has played a key role in the revitalization of the Westown neighborhood, blending culinary diversity, entertainment, and community programming into a vibrant “eatertainment” experience for locals and visitors alike.

With more than 25 years of hospitality leadership, Eric brings deep expertise across fine dining, fast-casual concepts, bars, cafés, and large-scale food hall operations. Known for his ability to launch and grow innovative hospitality ventures, Eric has helped open more than a dozen restaurant and hospitality concepts across the Midwest and East Coast, often serving as a strategic consultant guiding startups from vision to execution.
